Informantion required for rental orders:

  1. The name of the performing orchestra or choir;
  2. The status of the orchestra (amateur of professional);
  3. The title and composer of the work;
  4. The number of parts required;
  5. The number of vocal scores required;
  6. The number or performances and performance dates;
  7. The venue(s) of performances;
  8. The date by which the performing material is required;
  9. The address for dispatch of material;
  10. The address to witch the invoice should be sent, if different.
